This document establishes the contractual framework between CoroaneFunerare.md (managed by the entities of the OkFlora Moldova group) and the website users. Using this site and placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
Definitions
Seller/Company: OkFlora Moldova through "Floria de Lux S.R.L." (for deliveries in Chisinau) and "OK FLORA S.R.L." (for the rest of the country).
Order: The electronic document through which the Customer requests the delivery of funeral products.
Products: Funeral wreaths (fresh/artificial), baskets, sprays, crosses, funeral hearts, and accessories.
Customer (Holder): The person placing and paying for the order.
Recipient: The person or institution (funeral home, cemetery) receiving the products.
Delivery Window / Fixed Time: Selected time periods for delivery (fixed time is a paid service).
I. General Provisions
Accessing the website and purchasing products constitutes your explicit agreement to this contract.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice; the applicable version is the one displayed on the site at the time of order placement.
The client is responsible for providing accurate data (address, recipient's phone, time slot). The Provider is not liable for errors caused by incomplete information.
II. Products and Pricing Policy
Individual Character: Being handmade from natural elements (fresh flowers) or textiles, the final products may vary in shade, shape, or size compared to the presentation photos.
Substitutions: If a specific flower variety is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent in style and value, without altering the overall appearance.
Payment: All orders are paid in full in advance (exception: cash on delivery, where available). The minimum order value is 450 MDL.
Modifications: Any changes (ribbon text, address) must be reported at least 5 hours before the delivery window.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled by phone at least 5 hours before delivery for a full refund.
III. Delivery Service
Coverage: We deliver throughout the Republic of Moldova. Rates vary by location.
Chisinau: Delivery of floral products is free within Chisinau. Suburbs and other districts are subject to a fee.
Special Locations: For deliveries to cemeteries or funeral homes where courier access may be restricted, delivery is considered executed upon handing over the product to the reception or the person in charge.
Incorrect Address: In case of wrong data, a second delivery will be attempted only after paying an additional fee (85 MDL in the city; the initial cost for districts).
Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses the delivery, the order is considered executed and no refund will be issued.
IV. Return Policy and Complaints
Perishable Products: According to Government Decision No. 1465, flowers and fresh arrangements are perishable goods and cannot be returned.
Complaints: Any quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photo evidence.
Refunds: If the service was not provided due to the Seller's fault, we guarantee a full refund to the original payment method.
V. Privacy and Security
We process personal data strictly for order fulfillment, according to Law No. 133/2011.
Funeral ribbon messages must not contain vulgar, discriminatory, or offensive language.
VI. Force Majeure and Disputes
The Company is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or by the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
